circumscribe
To surround a polygon with a circle that passes through all the vertices of the polygon.

Any triangle may be circumscribed. The center of the circumscribed circle is at the point where the three perpendicular bisectors of the three sides cross. Only those quadrilaterals whose opposite angles add up to 180° can be circumscribed. All the regular polygons may be circumscribed.
