arccos (arc cosine)
The inverse of the cosine function. Also written arc-cosine, arc-cosx, acos, or cos-1. The value of the arccos function of any argument is an angle in radians whose cosine function equals the given argument, that is, y = cos-1x if and only if x = cos(y) for 0 < y < symbol PI.
